Hamilton County Public Health’s Environmental Health Division licenses manufactured home parks, recreational vehicle parks, hotel/motels, and marinas. Inspections at these facilities are also conducted for sanitation, safety, waste management practices and water quality.

Required fees:

  • Hamilton County Public Health fee(s): 
    Base Fee: $75.00 for first 50 sites 
    Plus: $4.00 per site over 50
  • State fee(s): 
    First 49 sites: $85.00 
    Over 50 sites: $110.00
